call for entries has closed on July 15h and we are delighted to inform
you that we have received over 6 hours of dot·line material [94 works]
from the following countries:
Spain, France, Italy, Germany, England, Norway, Latvia, Argentina,
Uruguay, Brasil, Puerto Rico, Mexico, USA, Canada, China and Japan.

 


Albert Callejo with a research project supported by The Telenoika's Grants 2006, ESMOLADES / SHARP , has been chosen for the Official Competition Section.

A somewhat chaotic melody with frequent timbrical
changes that defy rhythm. The author uses the digital-analogic
synthesis of sound, the live visualization of sound in an oscilloscope
and then, the sequentiation of notes and improvisation of synthesis
parameters. Audio and video were recording with a miniDV camera in
front of the oscilloscope. The soundtrack was designed by the author
himself.


Listed below [in alfabetical order] are the 52 films that will take
part in the Official Competition Section, competing for the
international jury and audience awards.
