The calls for applications for the 8th edition of the Lille Video Mapping Festival are still open! The festival will kick off in Lille on April 4th and 5th, 2025, with screenings of the works continuing until October 2025.
The association Rencontres Audiovisuelles, organizer of the Festival, invites artists, professionals, and students from the fields of mapping, audiovisuals, animation, digital arts, scenography, graphic design, video games, music, sound design, etc.—from France and abroad—to participate in two open calls.
► Video Mapping Contest
A video mapping competition on the facade of the Palais des Beaux-Arts, Lille.
Selected candidates will receive a grant to produce their work, which will be presented to the audience and a professional jury during the opening of the Video Mapping Festival on April 4th and 5th, 2025. The two winners (Grand Prize and Audience Prize) will also receive a financial award to support a creation for partner festivals.
- Application requirements: storyboard, portfolio, stills, moodboard, note of intent, etc.

► Video Mapping Awards
Competition to reward the best video mappings of 2024.
Works that pass the pre-selection phase will be screened for the public and a professional jury on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, in Lille. The awards are honorary.
- Application: submit a video recording of an existing work
- Deadline: January 13th, 2025
